Alusistemi was born from a group of companies focused on aluminum trading and processing for third parties, and thanks to the skills acquired over time, it has harnessed the emerging potential, offering its own products to the market. so Alusistemi Technical Solutions was born, bringing together two product lines including the line that deals with supports for photovoltaic panels.

HOW DID YOU DEVELOP AND ESTABLISH YOURSELF ON THE NATIONAL AND FOREIGN MARKET AS A REFERENCE COMPANY IN THIS FIELD?

We were the first in Italy to try our hand at support structures for photovoltaic panel installations over 15 years ago starting with profiles for panel frames. The request was to provide mounting brackets for the various situations in which panels are mounted, from photovoltaic systems, built in factory roofs, to those for residential roofs or on land. We have harnessed our design and manufacturing skills to produce complete panel-holding structure systems, identifying special solutions and specific mounting systems. Being able to develop reliable supports where all elements are effective and durable has been a strength. Another important value of our approach to this market is the support service we provide and the customization of facilities to the characteristics of individual plants.

WHAT ARE THE STRENGTH POINTS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE IN THE DESIGN OF CUSTOM SYSTEMS LIKE YOURS?

It is essential to be close to the customer from the inquiry, to the implementation of the plant to the final testing. The supports for a photovoltaic system have an impact on the total cost of no more than 10%, but the reliability of the supports for the operation of the panels is basic; if they are not suitable, they jeopardize the operation of the entire system. From this focus on our clients comes the desire to offer personalized service with the ultimate goal of providing a system that is reliable and secure.

The market for these products is rapidly evolving and requires us to continually follow the technological transition and changes as they occur.

HOW DO YOU SEE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR SECTOR IN THE FUTURE?

True, it is a high-growth sector. We are part of the technological transition leading to the development of power generation from renewable sources, where energy from the sun takes the lead, along with hydro and wind. In this field, the quest for ever-improving efficiency and the large economic interests at stake means that technological evolution is very fast. With our systems we necessarily have to be ready to meet the new standards. The development of newer and newer technologies and the media we develop will be increasingly important in the future, we see signs of this every day, and our growth in recent years is the result of this now unstoppable trend.
